Your Privacy Matters

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, update your profile, or contact us for support.

Account Information: Your name, email address, and password when you register for an account.

Profile Information: Any additional information you choose to add to your profile, such as a photo or bio.

Usage Information: We collect information about how you use our services, including the types of content you view or engage with, the features you use, and the actions you take.

Device Information: We collect information about the devices you use to access our services, including hardware model, operating system, browser type, and mobile network information.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services.

To create and manage your account and provide you with customer support.

To communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events.

To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services.

To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.

To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of FlowSell and our users.

FlowSell's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

What we access: only when you connect a Google account in Settings → Connected accounts and choose the features to turn on. Gmail (send): send emails from your automations, such as invoices and receipts. Gmail inbox: read and sync the email threads you receive so you can see and reply to them in the FlowSell inbox, and mark them read. Google Calendar & Meet: read your calendar list and free/busy times, and create, update or cancel appointment events with Google Meet links. Google Contacts: two-way sync of contact name, email address and phone number, using a "FlowSell" contact group. Google Sheets and Drive: only files you pick or that FlowSell creates for you.

How we use it: only to provide and improve the user-facing features you turn on in your workspace. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. If you set up an automation that uses AI to draft a reply, the email content is used only to produce that reply for you.

Who can see it: Google user data is available only to members of your FlowSell workspace. FlowSell staff do not read it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated and anonymised.

Storage and security: Google access tokens are encrypted at rest, data is transmitted over TLS, and it is stored on our cloud infrastructure with access limited to the services that need it.

Revoking access and deletion: you can disconnect a Google account at any time from Settings → Connected accounts. Disconnecting revokes FlowSell's access at Google and can also delete the emails, contact links and Drive file records synced into FlowSell. You can also remove access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email support@flowsell.in to have your Google data deleted.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.

With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your consent.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information.

You can manage your account settings and privacy preferences in your user dashboard.

You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
