You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use FlowSell to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful software.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to FlowSell are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from FlowSell.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to FlowSell, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

Certain features of FlowSell may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through FlowSell, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but we will provide you with advance notice of any price changes.

If you fail to pay any fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.

FlowSell is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that FlowSell will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall FlowSell be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of FlowSell shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use FlowSell will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

The provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

FlowSell is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company and does not sell or ship physical products.

There is no shipping, delivery, or handling of tangible goods associated with our services; all offerings are provided digitally.

Any references to “delivery”, “shipment”, or similar terms in this agreement refer only to the digital delivery of software, access, or electronic content.

If you purchase physical goods from a third party through links on our site, shipping, returns, and related obligations are governed by that third party’s terms, not by FlowSell.
